It is indeed an honor and privilege to serve as the 2010 General Chairman of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival committee of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce.  As an Enshrinement Festival volunteer for the past 23 years, I have gained a unique perspective and appreciation of the commitment and dedication of the more than 4,200 extraordinary volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a positive experience for the Enshrinees, as well as our guests both locally and nationally. 

I have also had the opportunity to travel abroad and was amazed to find that recognition of Canton as home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the excitement of the Enshrinement Festival events have even spanned the globe.  The Stark County community annually becomes a national headliner during the 10-day Enshrinement Festival, which brings unsurpassed synergy to an already welcoming and engaging community.  I salute the staffs of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, as well as the sponsors, for making this an exemplary event year after year. 

As the General Chairman, I encourage and welcome you to join in the excitement and acknowledge the status that has been bestowed upon the Enshrinees as we embark on this year’s journey to celebrate that “It’s a One of a Kind Celebration!”
