ENSHRINEES GAMEDAY ROUNDTABLE

Football and fun was definitely in the air at the 2010 Enshrinees GameDay Roundtable! This event began in 1999, and it gives fans a chance to salute the most recent inductees into the Pro Football Hall of Fame prior to heading to Hall of Fame Field at Fawcett Stadium to enjoy the pre-season classic game.

After a casual and relaxing lunch, the fun really began when the seven members of the 2010 Class of Enshrinees – guard Russ Grimm, linebacker Rickey Jackson, cornerback Dick LeBeau, running back Floyd Little, defensive tackle John Randle, wide receiver Jerry Rice, and running back Emmitt Smith – sat center stage with emcee James Lofton, himself a 2003 Enshrinee and currently a Westwood One Sunday Night Football analyst.

The sell-out crowd took a walk down memory lane as the newest inductees reminisced about their glory days on the football field, the family and friends who helped them along the way, and the emotions of the Enshrinement ceremony which had been held less than 24 hours earlier.

The tentative date for the 2011 Enshrinees GameDay Roundtable is Sunday, August 7. Contact the Enshrinement Festival office for more information at 330.458-2048 or 800.533.4302, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – and check the Web site periodically for event updates!
